As It Stands

Greetings, Rockets enthusiasts.

I thought I'd take the time out today to review how things stand so far.  For one, you may have noticed that I have adopted a strict 2 blog schedule per week.  One will always be on Monday evening, aimed to give you some relaxed reading after that ever-tiring work day to start your week.  The second will be posted on Thursday's, as I know everyone is far too busy gearing up for the weekend on Fridays to bother with such things as blogs and that "reading" thing.

I am also very excited to announce that the horizon we've been looking to for some time now is drawing nearer and nearer every day.  Mr Rockets' good friend, Dacosta (of Chocolate Soop fame), from Vancouver, B.C., has completed work on our initial logo design!  What does this mean, my friends?  Why, it means we are in business.  You can all expect a sneak peak and more right here on the Mr. Rockets website very, very soon.

Now what this means is a metric crap-ton of work this next few weeks!  Emil is continuing to work on the finalized website and shopping experience; our artists are ever-producing when it comes to designs!  For myself, I have numerous destinations to visit regarding the overall manufacturing process.  You may recall one of my previous posts (see "Brought to You by the Letter "W""), where I droned on about the state of things in the textile industry in these parts.  Well, I have cut the list to a final few players for consideration.  Hopefully we will be in full production by year-end, for an early 2010 opening!

The moment we have waited for is fast approaching.
